After the Gillispie School's first 6th grade class graduation ceremonies, the entire graduating class (a total of 4 girls) was driven to lunch at the Hotel La Jolla in a classic Austin Princess, used in Queen Elizabeth II's 1952 coronation. Sparkling cider was served enroute. A brief stop at the Cross on top of Mt. Soladad was included in the journey. The panoramic shots are from the hotel's restaurant dining room.
